At enewton, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original enewton gift boxes and use a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
